My day job is working as a therapist in private practice in Seattle. It was during my training that I encountered Creative Self Expression as a therapeutic modality. That experience, explicitly linking emotional experience and creative expression unlocked my creativity and gave me an outlet and a practice I’ve been enjoying ever since.

Artist Statement
I love art as discovery. I’m happiest as an artist when i have no idea what is going to happen, with a material or a process. Responding to and working with unanticipated results is exciting to me, and reflects the reality of life in a satisfying way.
