Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how SeattleArtists.com ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.seattleartists.com (the "Site"), and how you can control them. For how we handle the personal information you give us, see our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are first-party cookies; cookies set by other companies, such as analytics providers, are third-party cookies. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
This policy also covers these similar technologies:
- Local and session storage: data a website saves in your browser. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab; local storage stays until it is cleared.
- Third-party services and embedded content: scripts, fonts, images or other content loaded from another company's servers. When your browser loads them, that company receives standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page you are viewing, and may read or set its own cookies.
- Email open tracking: some emails we send contain a small image that tells us whether the email was opened.
Categories we use
- Strictly Necessary: required for the Site to work, to keep you signed in, to protect forms from spam, and to record your privacy choices. The accessibility menu is in this category too.
- Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are popular and how people find us) so we can improve it. We look at this information in aggregate, not to identify you.
We also use two cookieless analytics services that store nothing on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.
Cookies and technologies used on this Site
The tables below list the cookies, browser storage and third-party services on the Site as of our most recent review (October 28, 2026). Retention periods for third-party cookies are set by the provider and may change; "N/A" means the item is a service rather than a stored cookie.

|---|---|---|---|---|

Cookieless analytics
These services store nothing in your browser and keep no persistent identifier, so they are not gated behind cookie consent.
| Name | Provider | Type | Retention | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Vercel Analytics | Vercel | Third-party service | N/A | Page-view counts from our hosting platform. No cookies or persistent identifiers. |
clicks.page | clicks.page | Third-party service | N/A | Visit, page and referrer counts. No cookies or browser storage (details below). |
How clicks.page works:
- No persistent visitor ID. Each visit is counted using an anonymous ID that is a one-way hash of our site, your IP address and your browser, mixed with a secret that changes every day and is then deleted. You cannot be followed from one day to the next or across websites.
- No IP addresses stored. Your IP address is used only to work out an approximate country, region and city, and is then discarded.
- What is recorded: the page path (query strings are not stored, apart from UTM campaign tags), the referring site, approximate location, browser/operating system/device type, clicks on outbound links, and site events we choose to measure (for example, a sign-up).
- What is never collected: no session recordings, keystrokes, form contents or chat messages, and no advertising pixels. clicks.page does not sell or share data with advertisers.
- Processor: clicks.page is hosted by Cloudflare, its only processor for visitor data.
Third-party cookies
Third parties operate under their own privacy policies, and we do not control the cookies they set. To learn more and opt out:
- How Google uses information from sites that use its services
- Opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers also let you view, block and delete cookies. Because your choices are stored in a cookie, deleting cookies resets them and the banner will appear again. Instructions for common browsers:
Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy, for example when we add or remove a service or when the law changes. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we start using a new category of cookies that requires your consent, we will ask for it again.
