Healing Art Project
Since 2023 I had been living with chronic pain from my knees and lower back...I went to chiropractors, airrosti, massage therapy, multiple xrays, medical providers misdiagnosed me 4x. I was living with chronic pain that eventually required the use of a cane. Living with pain 24/7 destroyed my mental health. I began painting to distract myself. In Oct 2025 I was diagnosed with hip joint needed to be replaced and in March 2026 I had my surgery. I tell you, my life has been transformed. This summer was filled with no pain, dancing, outdoor concerts, walking around the lake, swimming with my mom, and so much more. I am fortunate to have my new hip! I practice gratitude everyday. Today, I am learning, discovering, painting, and getting messy with different techniques and mediums.
