Leo Harris Art

Leo Harris is a Seattle area artist whose paintings are a tool for emotional processing, identity exploration, and working through trauma. Born and raised in Russia, they didn’t have the language for or examples of many of the identities that are core to who they are today — art was the way Leo learned to tangibly express what he didn’t have the words for. As a queer, non-binary trans, neurodivergent person, whose story of home and self is ever-evolving, Leo’s work is a representation of his inner world and self.

As a part of their commitment to using art as a modality for healing and building connection, Leo acts as one of the organizers of Queer Art Club Seattle: a regular non-profit gathering of LGBTQIA+ identified artists.
