Schack Art Center is seeking artists who work in all mediums, including painting, photography, glass, ceramics, wood and jewelry, for the 2019 Pets on Parade Art Exhibit: March 7th- April 13th. From functional and sculptural, to the whimsical, we want to have something for everyone (including pets)! All price points welcome! Pets on Parade will be exhibited in the Main Gallery, and will accompany the 2019 Artist of the Year Exhibit: Janie Olsen, in the Mezzanine Gallery.  The exhibit will open Thursday, March 7th, with a “Meet the Artists” reception from 5-8pm. All are welcome – including well behaved pets of any nature!

All artworks must be for sale, with the Schack Art Center receiving a 40% commission. Artists may submit up to 12 digital images of relevant work (to be juried). Submission deadline is midnight, February 10th. Digital images should be in JPG format (300dpi and PC compatible) Images need to include: artist’s name, title of work, size, medium and retail price. Please make sure all information is correct and consistent on the JPG files, as this information will be used for labels (if applies) if works are accepted.

Acceptance notifications will be sent out no later than February 15th. Please email submissions to Carie Collver at [email protected].

Artwork delivery dates for accepted work are Sunday, February 24th from 12-4pm, and Monday, February 25th, from 10am-5pm. Pickup dates for any unsold works are Sunday, April 14, 12-5pm and Monday, April 15th, 10am-5pm. Please make sure you are available for delivery and pick up dates.
