We are very alike at our basic level. What connects us is love for nature, as it has a restoring effect on us. Simple beauty is everywhere, we forget about it sometimes, and as an artist, I’m trying to bring this awareness back. I aim at creating visuals which help us breathe more freely, stop time, stop the everyday race to experience a moment of being in Now.
An important part of my process is to create for myself certain lightweight vibes, breezy, calm feeling of freedom before I start my work on composition and make my first color try. Most of my paintings are attempts to express those feelings and recreate them on canvas. I want my paintings to talk to us in gentle and subtle way. These attempts are moving me forward, making me try over and over again to reach my inner peace after finishing each of my work.
