Hello!!

My wife and I just inherited this really cool piece of art from her grandfather. We don’t know much about it. It’s probably been around since at least 1985. It hung in her grandfathers office in Olympia, WA for years. There are only two semi-legible bits of text on the piece. Not sure if one or neither are a signature. I think one says RKA but it’s hard to tell. I’ve attached some pics. Let us know if you have any info! Thanks!
