Call for Artists: Enter now!

The entry deadline is fast approaching for the Puget Sound Group’s Hello Summer! Art Exhibit (Puget Sound Group Northwest Artists Fine Art (psgnwa.org) to be held at Gallery North in Edmonds in June. This juried member show will feature summer-themed paintings, drawings and sculptures. Digital art or photography will not be accepted.

Members of PSG may submit up to three (3) artworks for this show for a $35 entry fee (payable via PayPal/credit card). Entries from current PSG members must be submitted via electronic submission process by Noon Pacific time on Friday, April 1, 2022.

Here are some important dates to be aware of:

– Deadline for entry: Friday, April 1, 2022 at NOON Entries must be submitted via electronic submission process only. No mailed entries will be accepted.

– Notification to artists: May 10, 2022 via email.

– Delivery of art to Gallery North: Wednesday, June 1, 2022, 8:00-9:00 AM

– Show opens: June 1, 2022, 11 AM

– Show reception(s): TBD date(s) As we get closer to the show, we’ll determine reception/open house dates. These may include June 4 or 5 (1-4 PM), Third Thursday Edmonds Art Walk on June 16 (5-8 PM), and/or Edmonds Wine Walk on June 25 (time tbd).

– Show closes: June 30, 2022, 5PM

– Artwork Pick-up at Gallery North: Thursday, June 30, 5-6:00 PM

PSG Membership

If you’re not already a member of PSG, you can still join to be eligible for this call for artists. Whether you’re just beginning in your art discipline or already well along your journey as an artist, you may enroll for PSG membership. PSG membership is open to artists of most visual art disciplines, including printmaking, painting, pastel, multimedia artists, sculpture, and more, who reside in the Puget Sound region and are over the age of 18.
