
CALL FOR ARTISTS – A Unique Opportunity to Showcase Your Work IN A PUBLIC ARENA!
Lawrence Kahn Law Group PS, an established personal injury firm, based in Tukwila, WA, is inviting talented local artists to participate in an exciting, quarterly rotating art exhibition in our office. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure in a professional setting, engage with the community, and showcase your work in front of a diverse audience.
What’s New?
This is a juried selection process to ensure the most exciting and inspiring pieces are selected for display. It’s a chance to receive feedback, grow your network, and have your art seen by local professionals and art lovers alike!
Important Dates:
- Submission Deadline: March 15, 2025
- Final Decision Announced: March 31, 2025
- Art Installation Deadline: April 9, 2025
- Exhibit Open House Event: April 18, 2025
- Exhibition Period: Artwork will be displayed through August 10, 2025.
What We’re Looking For:
- Art Medium: Open to all mediums (painting, photography, mixed media, sculpture, etc.)
- Quantity: 3-5 pieces per artist
- Eligibility: Open to established artists, emerging artists, and student artists (high school and college?level). All submissions must be the artist’s own work and not reproductions or collaborations.
- Sales & Pricing: Artists may include price tags for any works that are for sale, however purchased art may not be removed prior to the end of the display (August 10, 2025). Sales not mandatory.
- Art Installation: Artists must be able to install artwork in a non-destructive manner (installation guidelines will be provided). Artists are responsible for the installation and any potential damage to their work. Our firm will not be liable for any loss or damage to the artwork.
Event & Community Engagement:
Featured artists will have the opportunity to:
– Attend an Open House Art Exhibit hosted at our office, providing you with an opportunity to invite your community, friends and family to see your art showcased and to interact with local community members and enthusiasts.
– This is more than just an art display. It’s a celebration of local talent, a chance to connect with a supportive community, and an opportunity for artistic growth and exposure.
– The installation of art within our office will be rotating every four (4) months. Your submissions are welcome each time we publicize a Call for Artists. We have a great amount of wall space, for small and fairly large installations. The websites provide good insight into our office layout, please review each, prior to submitting any questions regarding available space.
How to Apply:
Please email your submission to [email protected] with the following:
1. Your name(s), contact information, and a brief artist’s bio
2. Clear digital images of each piece you wish to submit for selection. One piece per image. Up to five individual works per artist/group.
3. We seek unique pieces that reflect the artist’s individual creativity and vision. Reproductions or works that infringe on copyright will not be considered.
4. Dimensions of each piece and any special hanging or display requirements
5. Submit any questions, in writing, to the above email address. No phone calls, please.
