Ethics in the Arts will present local arts leaders providing concise presentations, 20 slides at 20 seconds each, on organization integrity, addressing how arts organizations navigate issues of leadership change, staff burnout, mission creep and community accountability. They will also discuss artists as change agents, addressing how artists are at the forefront of the race and social justice movement in the country.
