ArtXchange Gallery is kicking off the Lunar New Year with a vibrant show of reds and golds, featuring work by Asian-American and Asia-based artists. Highlighted are textural lacquer paintings by Phong and Bui Cong Khanh, intricate gold embroidered leaves by Prince Tiao Nithakhong Somsanith of Laos, hanging scroll-cut sculptures by June Sekiguchi, explorations of sacred geometry by Yuko Ishii, and a large, sculptural painted screen by Jonathan Wakuda Fischer.
