Opening Reception for “Between Dreams” by Alla Goniodsky

Join us for the opening reception of Alla Goniodsky’s new solo exhibition “Between Dreams.”

In her new series of paintings and sculptures, Alla Goniodsky explores the liminal spaces of memory. Her atmospheric oil paintings evoke hazy impressions of landscapes from the past, complemented by enchanted creatures sculpted from porcelain and concrete.

Goniodsky is a Russian-born stage designer, puppet-maker, painter and sculptor. After studying at the State Academy of Art and the St. Petersburg Theatrical Academy, she enjoyed a successful career as a theatrical designer. Now residing in the Pacific Northwest, she is a full-time artist and private art instructor.
